30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Momentum subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact our support channel inside the app and we will help you file the request with Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Recurring charges after 30 days

Renewal charges made after the initial 30-day window are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
